Latest Update: Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) UTME has just announced that registration for the 2021 UTME, and sale of forms, begins on 8th April, 2021 and ends on May 15th, 2021. The board also announced that the 2021 UTME exam begins June 5th and ends June 19th, 2021.

In this post, we’ll share all the basic tips you need during your JAMB UTME registration. You’ll learn the JAMB UTME 2021 general entry requirements and lot more. The JAMB 2021 form is available to candidates in Nigeria and Foreign countries.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates are advised in their own interest to carry out their JAMB registration at JAMB Accredited CBT CENTRES Nationwide.

We strongly advise candidates against patronizing any Cyber café or computer centers other than the ones published by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Procedure for JAMB Form 2021/2022 Registration.

Interested candidates are advised to read the information below carefully to be able to obtain their JAMB Registration form:

Registration Fee is Three Thousand Five Hundred (N3, 500) Naira Additional Five Hundred (N500) Naira only, is paid to obtain the reading text “The Life Changer” by Khadija Abubakar Jali for both UTME Candidates and DE candidates and $20 for Candidates from the eight foreign centres.
A CD containing JAMB eSyllabus, Brochure, and other vital materials is also given free.

2021 JAMB Order of Choice of Institution

On the 2021 JAMB registration platform, Candidates are to note that their 1st choice can be a College of Education, University, Innovative Enterprise Institutes, Polytechnics/Monotechnics, NDA (Nigerian Defence Academy) or Nigeria Police Academy.

JAMB Syllabus for your Subject Combinations

We advise you to remember the course and the subject combinations for that course you selected before during the pre-registration stage, it is now time to get more details on it.

Candidates should note that ePINS purchased are tied to individual proﬁle and are not transferable.
Candidates are advised to keep as private and confidential their security details such as registration numbers, password/numbers of ATM Cards, email addresses, and ePINs. No center is allowed to request or accept a candidate’s password.

Jamb Registration Date, Duration and Amount:

According to Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, Jamb Registration Date is expected to come out as from 8th April, 2021. All interested candidates, including those registering in foreign countries should take note of this date.

How Much Is JAMB Form 2021?

JAMB Registration Form 2021 Requirements.

The general entry requirements for admission into the First Degree, National Diploma (ND), National Innovation Diploma (NID), and Nigeria Certiﬁcate in Education (NCE) programs in Universities, other degree-awarding Institutions, Monotechnics, Polytechnics, Innovation Enterprise Institutions and Colleges of Education are ﬁve (5) O’Level Credit passes including Mathematics and English Language.

Details are available in the Brochure, which would be given to each Candidate at the accredited CBT centers and JAMB State-Ofﬁces. It is also available for download at www.jamb.gov.ng and on Android Mobile App (JAMB IBASS) from the Google Play store.

Please do not give your password to any center.
Make sure you generate your JAMB REGISTRATION PROFILE CODE with your own phone number. (Don’t use the Registration Center phone number as an important code will be sent to you in the future).
Make sure you register with a valid email address. We strongly recommend you use Gmail Account.

JAMB Direct Entry Form Requirements

Please know that candidates for JAMB Direct Entry Form must have any of the following qualifications to be considered for admission through Direct Entry:

A minimum of an O’Level credit pass in five (5) SSCE subjects at not more than two sittings with at least two prescribed subjects [for each program (course of study)] at Principal or Advanced level.
Two passes (in prescribed subjects for each course of study) at the Advanced-Level Examination of IJMB, Cambridge, JUPEB, or Institute of Baccalaureate with SSCE/GCE, NTS/NBC credits equivalents in three other subjects.
Passes in two major subjects in the NCE with S.S.C.E., NTC/NBC credits, or equivalents in THREE other subjects (mainly for Education Courses) and ND.
Minimum of lower credit grade in National Diploma or National Innovation Diploma and the O’Level requirements

DE CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THEIR JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBERS WITH WHICH THEY GAINED ADMISSION TO NCE/NID/DIPLOMA AND PREVIOUS DEGREE PROGRAMMES.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: CANDIDATES SHOULD NOT TAKE UTME AND DIRECT ENTRY AT THE SAME TIME. IF THEY APPLY THROUGH UTME AND LATER OBTAIN DE QUALIFICATION, THEY CAN UPGRADE THEIR UTME TO DIRECT ENTRY AT NO COST. Double/multiple registrations attract outright cancellation and prosecution.

Where & How to Obtain Jamb 2021 Registration Form — How to fill JAMB Form 2021 — Step by Step Guide

Interested candidates are advised to follow the instruction below carefully to be able to obtain their JAMB UTME form:

A. JAMB REGISTRATION PROFILE CODE

One Cell (mobile) number (SIM) can be used by one candidate only. The Cell phone number used for the text message is automatically tied to the Candidate’s name and will be used in all communications related to his/her 2021 Application, Examination/Admission. NOTE THE SIM-NUMBER USED. IT IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE FOR SUBSEQUENT COMMUNICATION
Candidate sends his/her name [Surname First-Name Middle- Name (if any)] by text (SMS) to 55019. This should be a maximum of 38 characters + 2 spaces between names = 40 characters in all to 55019 e.g. Tinubu Adamu Odumegwu. Surname and first name are mandatory
A Profile Code of 10 characters is received by the candidate on the same telephone (SIM) number
The candidate presents the profile code to the point of procurement of form (Banks, MMOs, MFBs, Switches, USSD Partners). The form- ePIN is then sent as a text message to the candidate
The candidate presents the ePIN at any JAMB accredited CBT Centre for registration

B. SELF HELP IN CASE OF MISTAKE/LOSS OF PROFILE CODE

To correct a mistake in candidate’s name, send the [CORRECT Surname First-Name Middle-Name] to 55019 as a text message from the same mobile number
To retrieve a lost Profile Code, send [RESEND] to 55019 as a text message from the same mobile number
Candidate can reset lost or forgotten Profile Password on their registered cell phone by sending [password] space [email address] to 55019 as a text message from the same mobile number
